TextBack AI ("we," "our," or "us") operates the TextBack AI mobile application (the "App"). We do not persistently store the text content you submit for reply generation — it is processed in-transit and discarded. Anonymized analytics data is retained for up to 24 months. Support emails are retained for up to 3 years.

TextBack AI is not directed to children under the age of 13 (or 16 in the European Economic Area). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
